To view, register, or edit the licensing of film or series rights<\/strong>go to the Licensing<\/strong> in the page in the Main Menu<\/strong>You will see the main page with the Licenses already registered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consulting Licenses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To consult a specific Licensing, you can use the following resources:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Column Filter:<\/strong> In each column, click the \"filter\" icon to order, select, or search for an item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Page Menu:<\/strong> Navigate through the title pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clear Filters:<\/strong> Clear all applied filters at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also select which columns to view through the **Columns** menu located at the top right corner of the page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you find the Licensing you want to view details for, select the title and click \"Open Selected\" or double-click the desired Licensing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new tab will open with all the Licensing details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exporting Licensing Reports to Excel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the **Licensing** homepage, you can export the entire list displayed on the screen. You can customize the export by applying filters and choosing which columns to display. As explained above, in the topic Consulting Licenses<\/a> <\/strong>section, follow the customization process. Then, click the \"Excel\" icon located in the top left corner of the screen. The download will start automatically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registering a New Licensing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. <\/strong>To register a new Licensing for the rights of a film or series, access the **Licensing** homepage and click \"New Licensing\":<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. <\/strong>A pop-up window will appear for you to fill in the initial requested fields:\n\n Client: The client acquiring the license. \n License:Which license will be acquired<\/p>\n\n\n\n
