and RLP in a License<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cadastro-parceiros\">Registering Partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To register a Partner (i.e., someone who will be compensated through the License of a title), access the <strong>Partners<\/strong>,submenu <strong>Finance, <\/strong>submenu and click New<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure <\/strong>Automatically filled by the system without editing options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Name:<\/strong> Partner\u2019s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type:<\/strong> In the drop-down list, choose between Commission (COM) or **Producer Net Revenue (RLP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default Commission:<\/strong> Enter the commission percentage without adding the \"%\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Before Default Net Revenue:<\/strong> In the drop-down list, choose Yes (S) or No (N) to determine whether the calculation will be made before or after the RLP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default RLP:<\/strong> Enter the default RLP percentage without adding the \"%\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After filling in all fields, click the disk icon to class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Editing a Partner Record<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit a Partner record, find the entry (use the search fields to make it easier), select it, and click Open Selected or double-click. Edit the information and click the disk icon to save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cadastro-comissao-rlp\"><strong>Registering Commission and RLP in a License<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Menu \u2192  Licenses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To include <strong>commissions<\/strong> for a title with its registered license, access the <strong>Licenses<\/strong>in <strong>Main Menu. <\/strong>Once on the page, locate the License using search filters, column sorting, and pagination. After locating the License, <a href=\"https:\/\/bc.themis.app.br\/en\/cadastro-e-edicao-de-licencas\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2253\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edit the information and click the disk icon to save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the Title License page, click on the \u201cCommissions &amp; RLP\u201d tab and the \u201cinclude\u201d button to register a new Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"4400\" height=\"1508\" src=\"https:\/\/bc.themis.app.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/4-cadastrar-comissao-rlp.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2325\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bc.themis.app.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/4-cadastrar-comissao-rlp.png 4400w, https:\/\/bc.themis.app.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/4-cadastrar-comissao-rlp-300x103.png 300w, https:\/\/bc.themis.app.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/4-cadastrar-comissao-rlp-1024x351.png 1024w, https:\/\/bc.themis.app.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/4-cadastrar-comissao-rlp-768x263.png 768w, https:\/\/bc.themis.app.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/4-cadastrar-comissao-rlp-1536x526.png 1536w, https:\/\/bc.themis.app.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/4-cadastrar-comissao-rlp-2048x702.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 4400px) 100vw, 4400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the pop-up opens, fill in the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rights: <\/strong>in the selection box, choose between the registered Rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rights Items:<\/strong> in the selection box, choose between the registered Rights items.
