To consult create, and edit the different Access Profiles<\/strong> on the platform, access the Access Profile <\/strong>in menu Database Registration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Access Profiles allow you to control what each user can view and change on the platform.
On the home page, you will see all the registered profiles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating Access Profiles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. <\/strong>On the Access Profiles home page, click on the \u201c+\u201d icon located in the top left corner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. <\/strong>Give the new Profile a name and click \u201cSave\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. <\/strong>The new Profile will be added to the general list. To edit it, simply double-click on the Profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Editing Access Profiles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To edit a specific Profile, double-click on the Profile you wish to alter. A pop-up window will open with options. Check the boxes to allow the Profile to perform the described action and click \u201cSave\u201d to save the changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deleting an Access Profile:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To delete an Access Profile, select the profile and click on the trash icon in the top left corner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click \u201cOK\u201d to confirm the deletion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Linking an Access Profile to a User<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
