It is pre-selected when creating a user. The profile will be inactive if the checkbox is unchecked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admin:<\/strong> Select this option if the user has an Administrator profile. <strong>Attention:<\/strong> Selecting this checkbox grants the user full access to the platform, including creating, editing, and deleting information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finance:<\/strong> Select if the user needs access to financial information. If not selected, the fields listed below will be hidden from the user:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Page<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hidden Fields Without Finance Profile<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Licenses panel<\/td><td rowspan=\"2\">Contract Value | Payment Currency | Exchange Rate | Converted Value | Payment Method | Total Licensing.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Licensing Panel<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Licenses<\/td><td rowspan=\"2\">Contract Value | Exchange Rate | Payment Currency | Payment Method | Contract Type | Revenue and Expenses Tab | Documents Tab<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Licensing<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><sub><em>* As the contracts contain financial information and are available in the documents tab, it was also necessary to hide this page for a profile that <strong>no<\/strong> is allowed to view financial information.<\/em><\/sub><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access Profiles <\/strong>For Access Profiles, choose from the selection list for the user. Each profile may have different permissions, visible in the Access Profiles section (Menu &gt; Basic Records &gt; Access Profiles). <a><u>click here<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;and see more details.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-mail: <\/strong>Enter the user\u2019s email;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone:<\/strong> Enter the user\u2019s phone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Username:<\/strong> Enter the username for the login.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Change Password:<\/strong> Define an initial password and confirm it. **Attention:** It is recommended that the user changes their password after the first login.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Data by Contractor:<\/strong> This section allows you to link user data to a contractor. To do this, click the \"+\" symbol, select the contractor, enter the user\u2019s email, and click \u201cSave.\u201d<ul><li>The contractor list is predefined. To learn more about creating and editing this list, <a>click here.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This will be the email displayed in the header of the PDF\/Excel report.
