Why does a 'duplicate' line for the right appear in the rights licenses panel?

On the Rights Licenses Panel, available at page in the Main Menu and find the title of interest, you may find "repeated rows" in the rights table:
This means that each of the Rights has different Rights Items.
You can select one of the Rights and open the "Rights items" tab below to check the details.
