File Processing in VOD Import
Menu → Financial → VOD Import
In order to monitor the processing of the files sent to the VOD import tool, we have created statuses according to the file's situation, so that the client can monitor the status of the file sent more transparently and efficiently.
When you click Import file, the first status will be sent:
Within a few minutes, the system starts reading the file and the status changes to "In Process":
When processing is complete, the status changes to "Confirmed" and you can track and confirm the data entered by clicking on the "view" button in the Actions column.
We always emphasize that the processing time for importing can vary according to the size of the file to be imported!
