Creating and Editing Partners
Menu → Finance → Partners
In this article, you will have access to information on:
To consult register, edit and export the list of Partners on the platform, access the page Partners in menu Financial.
When you access the page, you will see the list of registered Partners:
Register a partner
1. To register a partner, simply click on the "New" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page:
2. When the pop-up opens, fill in the partner's name and click on "Add":
3. When you access the partner registration screen, you will see the following fields:
- Code: Automatically filled by the system and cannot be edited.
- Name: Confirm the partner's name;
- Type: Choose between the COM (commission) or RLP (net producer revenue) options;
- Default Commission: Fill in the standard commission percentage for the partner, not including "%";
- Before standard net income: Select between the Y (yes) and N (no) options to configure the commission calculation;
- Standard RLP: Fill in the percentage of Net Revenue products, without including "%".
Finally, click on the “floppy disk” icon to save:
Editing a partner record
1. Double-click on the partner's name to open the editing screen or select the partner and click on "open selected":
2. When you access the partner registration screen, you can edit the fields Name, Type, Standard Commission, whether it will be calculated before or after the standard Net Revenue and the percentage of the Producer Net Revenue. After making the edits, click on the floppy disk icon to save the change:
Delete a partner record
1. To delete a partner record, simply select the partner and click on the "Delete Selected" button:
2. Then confirm the deletion in the pop-up that will appear:
Partner list export - Excel
To export the partner list in Excel format, simply go to the partner registration home page and click on the Excel icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen. The download will start automatically:
