Creating and Editing Agents

To consult edit, and export the list of Agents on the platform on the platform, access the Agents in menu Database Registration.
Agents are a type of profile for users who act as intermediaries in the license and licensing negotiation process. This profile grants access to information that supports negotiations between the licensor and the contractor.
When you access the page, you will see the list of registered Agents:
Creating an Agent
1. To create an Agent, click on the "New" button located at the bottom right of the page:
2. Enter the name of the Agent and click "Add":
Editing an Agent
1. Double-click on the Agent's name to open the editing screen or select the Agent and click "Open":
2. On the Agent screen, you will see two fields:
- Code: Automatically filled by the system and cannot be edited.
- Name: The name of the Agent, which can be edited.
After editing the Agent's name, click on the disk icon to save the change:
Deleting an Agent
1. To delete an Agent, select the Agent and click on the "Delete" button:
2. Then confirm the deletion in the pop-up that will appear:
Exporting the Agent List – Excel
To export the Agent list in Excel format, go to the Agents home page and click on the Excel icon in the top left corner of the screen. The download will start automatically:
