After our team implements all the initial information in the system, provides training, support and tips, you will have the autonomy to make inclusions, changes and exports of various information necessary for day-to-day activities.

Below is a summary of the main features of each page in the system. Click on the page name to access the specific article, with details of its functions and step-by-step instructions for executing actions.

To begin with, your home page is the Dashboard, where you will see summarized information on the number of Licenses and Licensings to expire, in the current month and in the following two months.

On the page Schedule, you have access to a calendar view of Licenses and Licensings that are about to expire and those that are starting.

In menu Database Registration You will find several pages that, as the name suggests, are the basis for functions that you will use in other pages and user controls. See the main function of each of them:

  • Users: Manage users who have access to the platform, being able to control the type of profile and information that each user can view and execute on the platform;
  • Access Profile: Customize the types of access profiles, allowing you to control who can create, read, change and delete information from a given page on the platform. Then, link this profile to users;
  • Countries: Have access to the list of countries registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing information;
  • Regions: Have access to the list of regions registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing information;
  • Rights: Have access to the list of rights registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing information;
  • Right’s Items: Have access to the list of rights items registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing the information;
  • Report Layout Customization: Create and save custom Excel report layouts, allowing you to choose which columns appear in the report export.
  • Companies: Register and edit partner companies;
  • Materials: Have access to the list of materials registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing information;
  • Produced Materials: Have access to the list of produced materials registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing the information;
  • Agents: Manage intermediary agents for License sales;
  • Platforms: Manage the list of platforms available in the system.

On the Movies and Series, you will be able to manage all your titles, including all title details, release information, register available and produced materials, posters and much more.

On the Licensors/Contractors, you will be able to manage Licensors and Contractors, including registration details.

On the page Clients, you will be able to manage all your customers, including relevant information on a day-to-day basis.

On the Licenses, you will be able to include and manage all Licenses acquired for the titles, including information about rights, upload related documents and include financial information such as income, expenses and commissions.

In the Rights Licenses Panel, you have a page prepared for searching, with several filters, and exporting specific lists for a given demand, in PDF or Excel. For example, if you need all the Licenses for Brazil that have subtitles available in Spanish, this is the ideal page to generate this list quickly.

On the page of Licensing, você pode realizar a gestão de todos os Licenciamentos efetuados e incluir os novos. Também é possível armazenar informações relevantes sobre os Licenciamentos, como incluir os direitos, documentos e informações financeiras, como receitas e despesas.

In the Licensing rights panel, You can perform a search using different filters and export to PDF or Excel, as needed. For example, you may need to search for all Licenses that have the status available with an age rating of 12 years. On this page you can quickly generate this list.

In menu Financial, you will find several pages related to financial items. See the main function of each of them:

  • Business Units: Have access to the list of business units registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing information;
  • Cost center: Have access to the list of cost centers registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing information;
  • Expense: Have access to the list of expenses registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing information;
  • Reports: financial reports on one of the two available pages:
    • Royalties Report: View financial reports on just one page, close periods and view previous closings;
    • Comission: View financial reports for securities and check income, expenses, commissions and RLP.
  • Partners: Have access to the list of partners registered on the platform and the possibility of including or editing information;

In menu Others, you will find the page Export to website, where you can export reports to include on websites that are publicly or privately available.  

On the Support, you will find the support form to ask any questions you may have about the platform or report errors so that the team can work on correcting them.

Finally, on the page Settings, you can include a reminder to be sent by email to selected contacts about Licenses and Licensing that are about to expire. You can also use the search field available on the Base home page.
