Recording Income and Expenses

To include Income and Expenses for a title with your registered license, go to the page Licensesin Main Menu. Once on the page, locate the License using search filters, column sorting, and pagination. After locating the License, click here.

Edit the information and click the disk icon to save.

Add new Recipe

On the Title License page, click on the "recipes" tab and the "include" button to register a new recipe.

When the pop-up opens, fill in all the fields and click "save":

You can also edit a Recipe that has already been posted. Simply double-click on the Recipe, edit the fields and click 'save'. Attention: if the revenue is already linked to a closing, it cannot be edited.

Add a new expense

On the Title License page, click on the "expenses" tab and the "include" button to register a new expense.

When the pop-up opens, fill in all the fields and click "save":

You can also edit an expense that has already been posted. Simply double-click on the Expense, edit the fields and click 'save'. Attention: if the expense is already linked to a closing, it will not be possible to edit it.
